SAB Certification recognizes, evaluates and document the potentials for conflict of interests arising from the provision of certification and also conflicts that are arising from its business relationships. SAB Certifications established a documented system to ensure that it reduces or eliminates threats to impartiality arising from business relationships. The committee shall review the type and nature of business relationships, the related information shall be made available to the committee for protecting impartiality. The information shall cover all possible sources of conflict of interests that are identified, whether they developed from within the SAB Certification or from any of its stakeholders. SAB Certifications shall ensure that if associations lead to an undesirable threat to impartiality, the certification shall not be granted. SAB certifications do not offer or provide management system consultancy. If the relationship between the business associates and SAB certifications or its employees lead to a threat to the impartiality, SAB Certification has all the authority to cancel/withdraw from the respective certification program. SAB Certification shall not certify another entity with the scope of management systems.
Systems is an independent organization and it does not own any other business nor engaged in a partnership with other company which leads to impartiality.
