To encourage employees to give continuous attention to HSE matters, HSE requirements, information, performance, lessons learned, results of incident investigations and root cause analysis which has to be dispersed to all work locations and project sites through intranet communication, training, HSE awareness campaigns it also considers the implications of multi-standard certification and develops the basis for an integrated approach to management system auditing

Aims:

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Ability to communicate HSE effectively 
• Ability to conduct HSE internal inspections
• Awareness on purpose & structure of HSE
• Training ability in incident prevention
• Ability to conduct incident investigation and identify underlying causes
• Knowledge of health requirements, rules and regulations, and ability to monitor compliance
• Knowledge of environmental requirements, rules and regulations, and ability to monitor compliance and identify ways of reducing environmental impact
• Be fully conversant with techniques used in the management of hazards and advising on suitable measures which can be used for preventing and ultimately recovering from accident situations
• Be able to facilitate and develop HSE plans
• Be fully conversant with HSE documentation and emergency procedures
